No orders will be accepted after Monday, July 24 in order to guarantee delivery by move-in day. What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?
If your order is damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify Belmont Marketplace at [email protected] by Monday, August 21, 2017 in order to arrange for a replacement item. We are unable to accept new damage claims past this date.
What should I do if the order I receive is incorrect?
If your order is incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive items you did not order or if items are missing from your order, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your concern, full name, hall, and room number by Monday, August 21, 2017. We are unable to accept new claims past this date.
Change in Student Status
Belmont University’s Residence Life Marketplace is intended for residential students at Belmont University. The Marketplace is unable to ship products to home addresses. All products are delivered to the student’s room in preparation for the student’s arrival. If after having completed an order, you determine that you will not be attending Belmont University for the Fall Semester of 2017, you may pick up your order at the Office of Residence Life by Friday, September 15, 2017. After September 17, all unclaimed products will become the property of Belmont University.
NOTE: Any damage caused to University property as a result of Marketplace product use remains the sole responsibility of the student.
