All sales are final. There will be no refunds or partial refunds. We do not accept returns, whatsoever. We will only offer an exchange if an item is broken or malfunctioning, and we will only offer a refund if an exchange is not possible.

Customers are responsible for contacting DormCo if they have any issues, questions, or concerns about their purchased items. As an outside partner, Belmont does not directly handle the returns, refunds, troubleshooting, or exchange processes for items purchased through DormCo and you will need to operate through DormCo directly for your requests at (888) 925-2899 or [email protected]
What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?
If your order is damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify Belmont Marketplace by emailing [email protected] by Monday, August 25, 2021 in order to arrange for a replacement item. We are unable to accept new damage claims past this date.
What should I do if the order I receive is incorrect?
If your order is incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive items you did not order or if items are missing from your order, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your concern, full name, hall, and room number by Monday, August 23, 2021. We are unable to accept new claims past this date.
Change in Student Status
Belmont University’s Residence Life Marketplace is intended for residential students at Belmont University. The Marketplace is unable to ship products to home addresses. All products are delivered to the student’s room in preparation for the student’s arrival. If after having completed an order, you determine that you will not be attending Belmont University for the Fall Semester of 2021, you may pick up your order at the Office of Residence Life by Friday, September 17, 2021. After September 17, all unclaimed products will become the property of Belmont University.
NOTE: Any damage caused to University property as a result of Marketplace product use remains the sole responsibility of the student.
